Your first visit

Clear answers from the start

We want you to understand what is happening, why a recommendation is being made and what choices you have.

What to bring

Photo ID, insurance information if applicable, a medication list and any relevant imaging or medical records. Auto injury patients should also bring available claim information.

Scheduling

For now, call the clinic or use the short appointment-request form. Coming soon, a direct online scheduling link will be available.

  1. 1

Tell us what brings you in

We will review your health history, current concern, past injuries, medications and goals.

  2. 2

    Complete an examination

Dr. Bracey will perform a focused examination. Imaging or outside records may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

  3. 3

    Review the findings

You will receive a clear explanation of the findings and whether chiropractic care or another next step appears appropriate.

  4. 4

    Choose a plan together

Any care plan is individualized. Questions are welcome, and no treatment is performed without your consent.

Talk with Dr. Bracey about your next step.

An examination is the best way to learn which care options may be appropriate for you.
